Tachyon Design Automation is a privately held Minnesota company in the electronic design automation (EDA) area. Tachyon Design Automation develops, supports and markets the OSS CVC Verilog simulator.

Tachyon Design Automation was formerly called Pragmatic C Software Corp. Pragmatic C Software was founded by Steve Meyer, an EDA industry veteran who developed a number of leading edge translators, compilers and logic simulators.
